Responsibilities
Manage seasonal labor on-site daily
Use technology, including iPads, and various software tools to collect, evaluate, and distribute data following detailed protocols
Lead assigned projects and coordinate experiment execution with their supporting project
Organize and supervise the work of all operations contractors. Maintain or improve efficient daily workplace operations
Assist in the collection and analysis of data
Lead maintenance and creation of our on-site management systems in Microsoft Business Intelligence systems: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Excel
Support site safety culture and ensure adherence to safety standards
Execute data quality checks on all data collected and processed
Support Field Testing Supervisor with any fluctuating workload throughout the season
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in an associated field
Preferred
Knowledge of Python, R, PowerFX and/or any programming language preferred
3 to 5 years' experience in an applicable role preferred
Bi-lingual in Spanish is highly preferred
Some programming experience preferred
Part 107 Certification and/or previous UAS/Drone experience preferred
