Responsibilities
Business & Revenue Ownership: Take accountability for your solutions and financial success. This includes defining and supporting the go-to-market plan, contributing to pricing strategy to ensure commercial viability, and supporting the sales team to achieve annual contract value (ACV) and revenue targets. You will be responsible for understanding and improving key financial metrics for your product suite
Sales / Company Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the cross-functional expert for our authentication and identity management products, guiding solution strategy and design for both internal and external audiences
Issue Research and Resolution: Act as a go-to resource for researching and resolving complex product issues that arise with our clients
Thought Leadership: Help position the company and yourself as an industry authority by contributing to relevant publications, presentations, and events
Capturing Requirements: Collaborate closely with engineering and data science to capture and document detailed requirements for new features and solutions, ensuring clarity and precision
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic vision and roadmap for the WELCOME suite, making sure it stays aligned with overall company goals and market trends
Market Intelligence: Stay on top of market trends and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy
Qualification
Required
8+ years in a customer-facing product role, such as Solution Consultant, Solutions Architect, or Sales Engineer, for a global software enterprise
Proven ability to engage with and influence C-level executives, building strong, credible relationships with key decision-makers
Strong group facilitation skills, with the ability to lead customer discussions and gain strategic alignment

A passion for staying current on product knowledge and the ever-changing identity and fraud prevention landscape
Experience in high-growth/pre-IPO technology companies
