Responsibilities
Delivers multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and keeps the bar high for all projects, big and small
You'll be working on websites, digital/social media-based marketing assets, working on art direction for photography, photoshoots, retouching images for the web, and emails; this role will be more focused on digital projects vs. print
Partner with the Senior Creative Director and other key team members to achieve creative cohesion
Sets high standards for design, and provides the guidance to achieve them
Establish yourself as an industry expert through relationship building and knowledge sharing
Inspires others to create best-in-class digital creative by researching industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer insights, while maintaining a strong POV on brand direction
Online portfolio of work required for this role as well as proficiency with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and working knowledge of HTML/CSS and Figma
Qualification
Required
Experience working in the beauty industry and skincare specifically
Specific experience with paid social in the beauty space
Ability to deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Experience working on websites and digital/social media-based marketing assets
Experience in art direction for photography and photoshoots
Experience in retouching images for the web and emails
Ability to partner with the Senior Creative Director and other key team members
Ability to set high standards for design and provide guidance to achieve them
Ability to establish oneself as an industry expert through relationship building and knowledge sharing
Ability to inspire others to create best-in-class digital creative by researching industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer insights
