Integration International Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex IT initiatives within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role will oversee end-to-end project delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and ensure successful system implementation and transition to operations.

Responsibilities

Lead complex IT projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Provide status updates, roadmaps, reports, and presentations to stakeholders
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and third parties
Facilitate project meetings and drive alignment across all teams
Execute SDLC documentation for computer system implementation projects
Develop process flows, use cases, test cases, test scripts, and support end-user training
Perform functional, usability, and system testing to ensure quality and compliance
Manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables meet project and timeline expectations
Coordinate project closeout and transition to IT operations and support teams
Provide post-implementation support and documentation to ensure smooth handoff

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
8+ years of experience developing, supporting, or implementing IT solutions
Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
Solid understanding of SDLC phases (planning through maintenance)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and vendors

Preferred

3+ years leading complex IT projects (manufacturing or regulated environments preferred)
Experience with manufacturing systems is a strong plus
PMP certification highly preferred
Experience with engineering and regulated manufacturing projects is a plus
