Responsibilities
Lead and manage moderate to complex programs, taking a strategic approach to execution and delivery
Provide direction on overall program plans, goals, timelines, and deliverables
Own and manage most or all deliverables within the program implementation plan
Initiate pilots and process improvement initiatives from start to finish
Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems, gather information, and facilitate working sessions
Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to various levels of management
Develop budget forecasts, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions
Create ad-hoc and recurring reports, summarizing insights and providing business recommendations
Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, regulated environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
6+ years of experience in Program Management or related roles
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
Advanced knowledge of program and project management methodologies
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience working in a regulated industry such as energy, utilities, government, healthcare, or financial services
Knowledge of energy or utility operations, customer-facing programs, or efficiency initiatives
Experience with Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence programs
Consulting or advisory experience
