Responsibilities
Support day-to-day manufacturing activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production
Troubleshoot process/equipment issues and lead root cause investigations (RCA/CAPA)
Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation
Implement process improvements to improve yield, quality, and cycle time
Support equipment validation/qualification activities as needed
Lead and support change control activities and engineering documentation updates
Collaborate with Quality, Production, R&D, and Supply Chain teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience (Medical Device preferred)
Working knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, and regulated documentation practices
Strong problem-solving skills with experience using Lean / Six Sigma tools
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
