Global Director of Corporate Finance

PAC Worldwide is a manufacturing company with a global operations and ecommerce division. They are seeking a Global Director of Corporate Finance to lead financial reporting, oversee accounting operations, and partner with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives and ensure financial integrity.

Responsibilities

Lead domestic and international accounting operations across all business units
Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls that scale with growth
Ensure accounting systems and processes support accurate, timely, and decision-ready financial reporting
Ensure all accounting transactions are recorded accurately and on time
Design and monitor controls to ensure financial statements are materially accurate and assets and inventories are properly accounted for
Provide leadership assurance on financial integrity
Oversee timely and accurate issuance of financial statements, management reports, and parent company reporting
Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors
Lead U.S. external audits, subsidiary audits, and 401(k) audits
Forecast and report weekly and monthly cash position and free cash flow
Lead the annual budgeting process for the Ecommerce division
Partner with EVP and VP leaders to develop and refine key performance metrics
Support strategic initiatives and special projects aligned to business priorities
Ensure transfer pricing policies for foreign subsidiaries are compliant and properly executed
Maintain compliance with local, state, federal, and international filing requirements
Oversee all tax reporting and payment obligations
Build, lead, and retain high-performing global finance and accounting teams
Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous development
Partner with HR to assess talent needs and lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and development
Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development for finance managers
Identify and implement innovative improvements to finance operations and reporting processes
Strengthen systems and workflows to support scale, efficiency, and accuracy

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance required
12+ years in senior accounting or finance leadership roles
Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP within a manufacturing environment
Proven experience with international accounting and foreign currency remeasurement
Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Advanced financial analysis and problem-solving skills
Strong Excel proficiency; advanced reporting and modeling experience expected
Executive-level written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity, apply sound judgment, and ask the right questions
Comfortable operating in environments with limited standardization and evolving complexity

Preferred

CPA preferred, not required
ERP system expertise with ability to troubleshoot and optimize (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Visual Manufacturing, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
BI tools experience preferred (QlikView, Power Query, Tableau)
SQL query skills preferred
