RideNow Powersports is seeking a high-energy Marketing Coordinator to enhance the visibility and growth of their dealership. The role involves coordinating events, managing marketing assets, creating engaging social media content, and collaborating with various teams to drive traffic and sales.

Responsibilities

Bring events to life by coordinating and assisting with on-site and off-site promotions, rides, bike nights, community meetups, and dealership experiences
Own our marketing assets—organize, maintain, track, and deploy signage, display materials, and promotional equipment
Transform our showroom by printing signage and merchandising the store for seasonal, brand, and promotional campaigns
Create buzz online by planning, producing, and posting engaging organic content across major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Support the brand voice through consistent community engagement, comment moderation, and timely responses on social platforms
Communicate like a pro with vendors, partners, community organizations, and internal teams
Collaborate with department leads to execute in-store promotions, product spotlights, and customer events that drive traffic and sales
Jump in wherever needed to support broader marketing initiatives as the dealership grows

Qualification

Social media managementSEO/SEM strategiesPowersports knowledgeWritten communicationVerbal communication

Required

1+ years of experience in social media management
Weekend availability is required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
All applicants must pass pre-employment screening, including background and MVR checks

Preferred

Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies is preferred
Familiarity with powersports or motorcycle products is preferred
