Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers

Manage customer inquiries, orders, changes, and issue resolution

Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements, pricing, and order history

Work closely with estimating, engineering, production, purchasing, and scheduling

Monitor open orders, delivery commitments, and backlog

Proactively address risks to customer satisfaction and on-time delivery

Support and progressively learn estimating and quoting activities

Document customer knowledge to support continuity and cross-training

Reviewing open orders and delivery timelines

Responding to customer questions or change requests

Coordinating internally to keep jobs on schedule

Sitting in on estimating discussions or learning pricing structure

Updating account notes and customer documentation
