IT Manager
FreshEdge is a collaborative network of fresh food distributors focused on providing excellent service and product variety. The IT Manager will lead a team of IT Support Analysts to ensure efficient IT operations, provide technical support, and facilitate communication between technical teams and end-users.

Responsibilities
Manage a team of IT Support Analysts to ensure seamless IT operations
Provide expert technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware issues escalated by Tier 1/Engineering team members
Develop and conduct workshops and training programs for staff to enhance their IT skills and knowledge
Communicate effectively and professionally through various channels including in-person conversation, etc
Utilize strong management skills, including organization, planning, time management, and prioritization
Facilitate communication between OpCo leaders and IT, ensuring timely updates and serving as a bridge between technical teams and end-users
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Intune, Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Teams)
Travel between company sites to support end-users and implement IT initiatives
Provide support to users both on-site and via remote connections
Order and maintain necessary supplies for production
Qualification
Required
Manage a team of IT Support Analysts to ensure seamless IT operations
Handle end-user support through ticketing systems
Maintain physical/virtual servers
Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure
Provide expert technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware issues escalated by Tier 1/Engineering team members
Develop and conduct workshops and training programs for staff to enhance their IT skills and knowledge
Communicate effectively and professionally through various channels including in-person conversation
Utilize strong management skills, including organization, planning, time management, and prioritization
Facilitate communication between OpCo leaders and IT, ensuring timely updates and serving as a bridge between technical teams and end-users

3+ years of experience managing an IT team
At least three years of experience with Windows Desktop/Server Operating Systems
At least three years of experience with Azure
Experience managing ticketing systems
Experience managing Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
Commitment to continuous improvement and skill development
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and other stakeholders
Preferred
An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft) preferred
