Responsibilities
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to create and execute sourcing strategies for current and future hiring needs
Identify passive talent through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, cold calling, industry forums, referrals, and targeted research
Connect and build relationships with potential candidates to assess fit and maintain strong talent pipelines
Review profiles and resumes, qualify leads for recruiters’ workflows and add them to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Keep candidate pipelines active to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects
Stay up to date on industry trends and leverage innovative sourcing tools to stay ahead of talent needs
Join team meetings to share best practices, evaluate results, and continuously improve sourcing strategies
Help the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, when needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in sourcing, cold calling and/or recruiting research
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience required
Experience with iCIMS or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Preferred
Experience working on an in-house corporate recruiting team preferred
Construction industry experience is preferred
Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) certification is a plus
Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ZoomInfo. Search Booleans Experience is a bonus
