Inside Sales Representative

Clear Channel Outdoor is a leading company in Out of Home Advertising solutions, seeking an Inside Sales Representative to engage with prospects and customers. This role is crucial in developing new business through lead activation and ensuring effective communication with clients to meet their advertising needs.

Responsibilities

Sources new sales opportunities by following up on assigned leads, prospecting, and cold calling
Identifies and engages with prospective customers to introduce CCOA’s advertising solutions by phone, email, and social media
Understands prospect’s buying points and develops a value proposition specific to the customer’s needs and goals
Conducts client needs analysis (CNA) and negotiates directly with local and regional customers
Achieves monthly activity and sales quotas to drive success
Forecasts sales activity and revenue achievement through proper use of sales tools to consistently hit monthly and yearly budget goals
Leads sales presentations using full-functionality of online meeting tools
Identifies opportunities with new customers reaching out to inquire about CCOA’s products and services
Accurately inputs activity into CRM (Salesforce) in order to maintain pipeline and efficiently follow up with prospects and customers
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Minimum five (5) years sales experience (inside sales preferred) selling advertising or related products or services, on quota, and in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Experience with sales automation and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Highly self-directed and comfortable in an in office or remote environment
Skilled and effective with using online meeting tools (e.g., Zoom)
Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and social platforms
Has desire and ability to learn and adopt new technology

Client Focus: Providing service excellence to internal and external clients
Continuous Learning: Identifying and addressing learning and developmental needs to enhance own performance
Customer Value Management: Developing customer value plans to create value for sales opportunities through effective communications and thorough knowledge of customers and markets
Fostering Communication: Listening and communicating openly, honestly, and respectfully with different audiences, promoting dialogue and effectively gets message across
Managing the Sales Process: Following the organization's sales methodology in applying skills and resources to achieve sales targets
Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands
Employee must have the ability to lift and move items up to 15 pounds
Employee must have the ability to see written documents and computer screens, and to adjust focus

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience
Minimum 1-2 years sales management experience preferred
Experience with sales automation and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
