Operations Team Lead
w3r Consulting is seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee day-to-day operational and people management activities within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and coordinate staff activities to ensure timely, accurate, and courteous customer service
Plan, assign, and prioritize workloads while addressing staffing needs, scheduling, and overtime requirements
Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality metrics; implement corrective actions as needed
Hire, train, coach, develop, and evaluate team members to build a high-performing workforce
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to resolve escalations and operational issues
Ensure adherence to corporate policies, departmental procedures, and union contract requirements
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Maintain operational controls through effective planning, organization, and performance management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (required)
3+ years of operational experience
2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, deadline-driven environment
Preferred
Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic work setting
Experience leading teams in customer service, operations, or administrative environments
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse teams
Comfort working with performance metrics and quality standards
