Responsibilities
Create original and visually appealing logos that represent our brand identity and values
Develop and design print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and business cards, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines
Work closely with the social media and web development teams to produce cohesive and impactful visual content for various platforms
Contribute innovative ideas and design concepts to projects, ensuring our visual content is fresh, engaging, and on-trend
Maintain and enhance our brand's visual identity across all projects and mediums
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
Adapt to meet the needs of the operations we support, taking on new challenges and tasks as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience
Proficiency in Creative Tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva)
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and high-quality design work
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
Experience with designing for both print and digital media
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table
Keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Collaborative spirit with the ability to work well in a team environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Passionate about design and staying updated with the latest industry trends
