Responsibilities
Administer and support Microsoft 365 and cloud-based services
Manage Active Directory and identity solutions (on-premises and cloud)
Deploy and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
Maintain virtual servers , system backups, and disaster recovery solutions
Monitor and secure network infrastructure , including firewalls, VPNs, switches, and wireless access points
Troubleshoot system, network, and endpoint issues
Provide responsive end-user technical support
Document technical procedures, system configurations, and solutions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in systems and network administration
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MS-102, AZ-104, MD-102)
CompTIA certifications (Network+, Security+, A+)
Experience with PowerShell or scripting
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and disaster recovery planning
