Responsibilities
Lead the design and configuration of intercompany STO scenarios (with delivery and billing) across multiple company codes and plants
Design and support STO transfer pricing models, ensuring accurate intercompany price determination and seamless integration with financial postings and intercompany billing
Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end SAP solutions
Design, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA Self-Service Requisitioning, including PunchOut catalogs, Internal catalogs, Lean catalogs, and cross-catalog search
Enable and optimize catalog-based buying experiences to ensure ease of use, compliance, and high end-user adoption
Configure relevant SAP components including document types, movement types, item categories, billing documents, direct procurement objects, SSP settings, and pricing procedures
Configure and maintain pricing procedures for direct procurement, STOs, and catalog-based procurement, ensuring correct valuation and price determination
Ensure seamless integration of SSP and STO processes with logistics execution (LE), transportation (TM), warehouse (WM/EWM), and finance (FI) modules
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to STO execution and self-service procurement, including requisition creation, PO processing, deliveries, goods movements, and invoice postings
Support API & IDoc setup and monitoring (e.g., ORDERS, DELVRY03, INVOIC) for intercompany and cross-system communication
Partner with development teams to implement enhancements, custom logic, and reports as required
Participate in system testing (SIT, UAT), cutover activities, go-live, and hypercare support
Develop functional documentation and conduct user training to ensure smooth adoption and stable operations
Identify opportunities to optimize and automate intercompany transfer and self-service procurement processes for efficiency, compliance, and scalability
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA MM/SD with strong focus on intercompany STOs, direct procurement, Self-Service Requisitioning, and transfer pricing
Hands-on experience configuring SAP S/4HANA SSP, including PunchOut catalogs, Internal catalogs, Lean catalogs, and cross-catalog search
Proven experience in STO transfer pricing design, including integration with pricing procedures, valuation, and intercompany financial settlement
Strong functional understanding of procurement, inventory management, catalog governance, direct procurement objects, requisition-to-PO processes, and billing/invoicing
Solid understanding of financial integrations including intercompany billing, account determination, and valuation
Experience integrating procurement with SAP TM and WM/EWM
Strong experience with SAP APIs, IDocs, and integration troubleshooting in complex landscapes
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel (mandatory 50%)
Preferred
Experience with Point-of-Sale integrations (e.g., JWS, Command Series) is a plus
Experience with external pricing or CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ) is a plus
