Responsibilities
Assist with daily accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare and post journal entries
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Assist with financial reports and analysis as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Provide general support to the accounting and finance team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required or in progress)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Eagerness to learn and grow within the accounting profession
Preferred
Internship or relevant coursework experience preferred
Experience with accounting software is a plus
Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP a plus)
