Responsibilities
Effectively and concisely communicate with crew members and the PM overseeing the job
Read construction drawings, equipment mounting/installation, completion of close out documents and other duties as assigned
Adhere to established regulations, standards and company policies and procedures and pay special attention to safety requirements and regulations
Address crew complaints and/or conflicts in a professional manner
Lead by example
Qualification
Required
3 years of telecom experience (prefer at least 2 years of foreman experience)
Must have experience reading and following construction drawings and build plans accurately
Must have the ability to effectively manage a team of 3-5 people
Possess the willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
Must be able to climb and work at heights up to 500'
Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets the company policy conditions
Must be able to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check
