Responsibilities
Provide support for AIP hardware/and software
Create active directory user accounts, printer setups, ordering of PCs, and technical documentation
Team member support
Software & hardware installations
New devices such as computer, printer, office device setup
Network account maintenance
Software and hardware troubleshooting/repair
Training assistance for technical classes
Secondary phone administration
Familiarity with MS Office 0365, Windows, & Antivirus
After hours support

Qualification
Required
BS degree in Computer Science or related field
0-2 years experience
Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal and external contacts
Problem solving skills to analyze root cause of software and hardware problems
Strong customer service focus
Strong Microsoft Office suite knowledge
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Develop schedules for maintenance in consideration for users uptime
Maintain logs & records of repairs/scheduled maintenance
Device inventory tracking and replenishment while maintaining budgets
Provide support for AIP hardware/and software

Experience with VMware, backup storage such as Veeam and AWS, PowerShell, Oracle E Business Suite, AD Group policy, WDS/WSUS/SCCM, Databases, Programming languages, and Linux environments are a plus
