Responsibilities
Implement JLL’s Reliability & Asset Management solution on new, expanded, and/or renewed client accounts
Create assets in Corrigo and assign PMs to those assets
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of asset data
Utilize the Corrigo platform for asset creation
Effectively assign preventive maintenance tasks to the appropriate assets
Conduct Asset Data Quality Assessments to maintain the integrity of asset information
Conduct live trainings on Corrigo functions related to Engineering
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of high-quality building engineering practices in a variety of environments, preferably to include direct experience in general office, manufacturing, life sciences, and critical environments
Ability to effectively communicate and influence others across a variety of media and to a variety of audiences
Media to include face-to-face, e-mail, long-form documentation, WebEx and similar presentations, and group presentations
Audiences to include account teams (building engineers to account directors)
Detail driven and oriented with ability to drive results
Solid program management and problem-solving skills
Self-directed, with the ability to work independently and manage communications up and down the organization
Highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects
Data analysis using Excel is required, including Advanced Level in Excel
Fluent English
3 years of experience
Preferred
Applicable industry experience (experience as maintenance technician with at least 5 years of experience)
Experience managing types of assets: equipment supporting operations, UPS, AC, generators, extinguishers, building maintenance
Degree in Engineering
Experience in Corrigo
