Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for employee technical issues, providing in-person and remote support for software and hardware, primarily on macOS
Troubleshoot and support enterprise applications and services, escalating high-priority issues or outages to partner teams when needed
Resolve on-site infrastructure and connectivity issues, including WiFi, remote access, and security tools (e.g., Zscaler)
Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing hardware, managing access, maintaining asset records, and helping improve related processes
Assist with Release and Change Management activities by supporting deployments, communicating changes, and helping employees during rollouts
Identify recurring issues and contribute ideas to improve processes and overall employee experience
Act as the primary IT support contact for executives in the Clearwater office, delivering responsive and professional support
Provide IT and AV support for office events such as All Hands meetings, Q&A sessions, and other on-site gatherings
Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain AV equipment in conference rooms and event spaces
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in an enterprise IT support or help desk role
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and similar SaaS platforms
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues in both in-person and remote environments
Experience supporting multiple operating systems, with a primary focus on macOS; familiarity with iOS, Android, Windows, and ChromeOS is a plus
Exposure to Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions in an enterprise environment
Working knowledge of VPNs, password managers, two-factor authentication, single sign-on, and basic security concepts
