Assist members with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service over the phone
Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with members in English
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update member information
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on member requests and provide necessary assistance
Analyze member needs and recommend appropriate solutions, applying sales and up-selling skills when applicable
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills in English
Customer service background
Proficient in data entry and computer skills
Ability to conduct outbound calling
Analysis skills for assessing customer needs
Must have reliable transportation, as this position is on-site
