BlueStar US is a leading global solutions-based distributor of point-of-sale and wireless mobility products. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead their US based inside sales team, responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and inside sales representatives
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
Maintain constant communication with all top accounts at the executive level. Support sale resources in creating a tactical and strategic plan for gaining greater depth and breadth within each key account
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to senior leadership
Collaborate with marketing and vendors to align sales efforts with company objectives
Drive sales process improvements, including CRM optimization, lead management, and pipeline forecasting
Recruit, onboard, and train top sales talent to build a scalable and effective inside sales organization
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and professional development
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand reach and revenue
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing inside sales teams
Demonstrated success in leading sales managers and reps to exceed targets
Strong understanding of inside sales methodologies, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and sales analytics
Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically

Preferred

Experience in POS, ADC are a plus
