Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS
Draft and maintain financial reporting packages and management reports
Ensure accuracy of disclosures, footnotes, and supporting schedules
Assist with preparation of audit-ready documentation and support external auditors during reviews and year-end audits
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting frameworks
Lead month-end close tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments
Review financial results for accuracy and reasonableness; Investigate variances
Support consolidation of multiple entities and intercompany eliminations as applicable
Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data submission
Assist with research on new accounting standards and assess their impact on financial reporting
Draft and update accounting policies, procedures, and internal control documentation
Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on the correct application of accounting principles
Prepare analytical reports and financial insights to support leadership decision-making
Partner with FP&A, Operations, Treasury, and other departments to ensure alignment on financial results
Support preparation of board reporting materials, management presentations, and ad hoc analysis
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, close processes, and system workflows
Support system enhancements, automation initiatives, and reporting tool implementation
Maintain documentation and continuously improve reporting process accuracy and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4-7+ years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience
Preferred
CPA preferred
