Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects and ensuring successful implementation of Salesforce for multiple clients
Execute all SMBHD project processes, including budget management, resource management, and ensuring the completion of all project deliverables
Coordinate and assign work to resources within your pod to ensure optimal workload distribution and successful project outcomes
Develop and maintain strong client relationships directly interfacing with Clients to ensure their needs are met
Lead regular project standups
Identify areas for improvement and help ensure continuous improvement across the organization
Coach and mentor team members

Qualification

Salesforce implementationSalesforce configurationProject managementSalesforce certificationsSalesforce Platform knowledgeAnalysis skillsCoachingCommunication skillsMentoring

Required

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, MIS or related field
2+ years managing multiple Salesforce implementations from initiation through completion
3+ managing software development projects
3+ years configuring and configuring Salesforce
2+ Salesforce certifications
Proven understanding of the Salesforce Platform, including: MVC architecture, reporting, and automation and flows
Exceptional analysis skills
Exceptional communication skills

Preferred

Experience with direct resource / HR management
Business consulting experience
Experience with marketing and/or accounting
