Responsibilities

Brainstorm ad ideas weekly and turn these into reality
Utilize different channel's creative tools to make appropriately styled ads (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
Deliver creative assets for media testing every week
Incorporate feedback from the larger Juvenon creative team
Meet deadlines to ensure the ad pipeline stays full of high-performing ads
Analyze data on the performance of your content
Attend weekly meetings to review creative performance

Required

Expert with direct to consumer content creation
Passionate about health and wellness
Prior marketing experience with nutritional supplements
Experience in UGC content creation
Passionate about standards for brand voice, accuracy and effectiveness
Excited about performance data insights. Able to analyze the performance of assets and use it to inform decisions in future projects
Comfortable building and using templates / styles / model pages to bring consistency to voice, tone and structure of marketing assets
Apply feedback to work when given; proactively apply to future projects to avoid duplicate feedback (self edit, peer edit)
Are curious about direct-response marketing and seek out ways to apply high-performing models
Committed to continuous improvement, seeking out ways to optimize copy assets
