Responsibilities

Manage the physical onboarding of new hires, including equipment assembly, inventory tracking, and hardware distribution/receiving
Resolve hardware and software issues for both local and remote employees while managing the help desk ticket queue with efficiency
Create and maintain "self-help" knowledge base articles to empower our users
Define hardware requirements for end-user computing and identify opportunities for process automation
Provide hands-on training for new employees and ongoing support for existing staff on internal systems
Assist IT personnel with broader system troubleshooting and Entra ID (Active Directory)/Exchange 365 user management

Qualification

Required

3–5 years of experience in a technical support role with a 'customer-first' mindset
Associate's Degree in Computer Technology or equivalent professional experience
Expert-level knowledge of Windows OS and PC hardware (Mac experience is a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office 365, Ticketing software, and Entra ID (Active Directory)
Solid understanding of basic networking and a security-minded approach to IT support
Experience managing iPhones and troubleshooting printers, copiers, and scanners
Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own daily tasks and project deadlines
You genuinely enjoy helping people and can translate technical concepts for non-technical users
Highly organized, specifically regarding physical inventory and documentation
