2+ years expMindlance is seeking a Senior Process Manager to support Affiliate Marketing Operations and Compliance for U.S. Card products. This role focuses on process management, quality assurance, risk and compliance oversight, and vendor relationship management in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities
Manage and support operational processes related to affiliate marketing compliance and governance
Perform quality assurance (QA) reviews of monthly product updates delivered to external affiliates via internal APIs
Validate operational rules and ensure accuracy of product information for each release cycle
Conduct ongoing reviews of affiliate websites to ensure compliance with regulatory and brand standards
Monitor and log compliance violations (UDAP, Reg Z) and follow up to ensure timely remediation
Communicate regularly with 40–50 external affiliate partners primarily via email and internal platforms
Support onboarding of new affiliate partners, including review of mock-ups, link validation, and go-live readiness
Collaborate with internal marketing, risk, compliance, legal, finance, and technology teams
Assist with end-of-month affiliate performance and financial reconciliation activities
Support audits and oversight of third-party compliance vendors
Act as a backup owner for key processes to reduce operational risk
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to or lead efficiency initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in process management, project management, or risk management
2+ years of vendor or relationship management experience
2+ years of customer-focused experience with strong cross-functional collaboration
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
Preferred
3+ years of process, project, or risk management experience
3+ years of card, banking, or operations experience
3+ years of vendor or partner management experience
Experience working in a compliance or regulated environment
Knowledge of UDAP and Reg Z (or ability to learn quickly)
Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement / project management certifications
