Responsibilities

Handle complex and high-priority sales orders. Review and approve orders before they go out and oversee any changes or cancellations
Respond to inquiries from large-account customers; jump in and support junior sales administrators when they encounter challenges
Advise and mentor the junior staff to help them grow, address their questions, and offer constructive feedback, ensuring they feel supported. This includes individual meetings with the team members
Proactively identify pain points, bring ideas to the table, and work with leadership to improve day-to-day operations
Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to raise concerns and provide relevant information for improving strategic decisions
Track team goals, maintain visibility on team performance, and provide support with planning and training
Utilize CRM for reporting and help the team with effective and efficient usage
Work cross-functionally with other departments to address concerns or blockers and follow up with updates or action items
Support the team on other tasks or special projects as they arise
Perform other related duties of which the above are representative

Required

High School diploma or GED required
A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales administration or operations role
Experience with mentoring/coaching teammates or leading training sessions
Strong understanding of full sales order processing
Experience with reviewing legal terms, terms and conditions, and managing complex sales orders
Comfortable with handling escalations and acting as a point of contact for issues that arise
A sense of urgency and flexibility in addressing urgent matters
Good oral and written communication skills to address feedback and delegation of tasks
High-level interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers
Advanced experience with CRM systems (dashboard customization, reporting, etc.)
Familiarity with Silvus technology or the ability to quickly learn the basic systems to support order accuracy
Ability to maintain organizational skills and balance multiple priorities
Ability to create a supportive and inclusive work environment to allow others to feel comfortable speaking up and sharing ideas
NOTE - Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts
All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check
