Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end business intelligence solutions using SAP BW on HANA and native HANA
A very deep understanding of one of the functional processes like Sales/Planning/Operations
Identifies, assesses, and solves complex business problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Translate requirements into technical plan and align with BSA and project management teams on timing, resources, and scope of the deliverable
User acceptance testing, performance testing, security testing (including documenting the results) and enhancement requests with high criticality
Assist with development of analytic reporting, BI tools, dashboards, and data modeling
Pursue problems and resolve technical issues. Debug, fine tune and optimize report performance
Closely working with BSA (Business System Analyst) and Business Owners to analyze business problems and provide solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of extensive development experience in SAP Business Intelligence (HANA/BW) solution delivery with at least 4 full life cycle implementations using SAP BW 7.5 on HANA, native HANA, and B/4 HANA
Confirmed knowledge in the Design and Configuration of Sales/Planning/Operations Info Providers with BW on HANA experience
Hands-on experience working with SAP BW on HANA features, standard and custom SAP BW Extractors, complex transformations using ABAP, advanced DSOs, composite providers, exposing BW models as HANA views, mixed scenarios, HANA Analysis process in BW and LSA ++ and performance optimization concepts
Experience with BW data modeling, Business Warehouse Remote Cubes, Multi-Cubes, ODS Objects, Info Cubes, Transfer Rules, Start Routines, End Routines, Info Set Queries, Info Objects and User Exits
2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP (Native) HANA and B/4 HANA data modelling views (Attribute, Analytics and Calculation views) with graphical and SQL scripting, procedures schema management, data provisioning technology including SAP LT Replication Server, Data Services (BODS)
Experience with BOBJ with emphasis on developing Universes using IDT, Webi reports
Ability to build and support Back-End Security Models to safeguard business critical sensitive data
Proficient in the use of SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office to perform custom calculations, filtering and sorts to support complex business planning and reporting scenarios
Preferred
Knowledge and working experience with Operations, Planning models and data sets
Reporting Tool experience like Tableau, Power BI ..etc
A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment where strong organizational skills are essential
