Responsibilities

Lead and manage data center programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise

Required

Proven experience in managing data center programs or projects
Strong knowledge of data center operations, infrastructure, and best practices
Experience with project management methodologies and tools
Proficiency in data center technologies and platforms, including virtualization, cloud computing, and networking
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in construction and/or data center management or related roles
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
PMP Certification
