Responsibilities
Ensure all regulatory standards are met (Title 17 & Title 22)
Lead, coach, and inspire staff to deliver world-class care
Manage staffing, schedules, and training for the home
Oversee daily facility operations, documentation, and audits
Communicate regularly with families, conservators, and service coordinators
Maintain safety compliance and respond to emergencies
Coordinate medical appointments and follow-up care
Participate in the on-call rotation
Uphold Redwood’s zero-tolerance policy on abuse and neglect
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (Level 4I or higher)
2+ years supervisory experience
Children's Group Home Certification
DSP I & DSP II
Bachelor's degree or higher
Preferred
3+ years management experience
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
