Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation, alongside the firm’s VP of Finance and Fund Administrator, of the quarter-end and year-end financial statement packages at the Fund level and allocation to Limited Partner level entities

Coordinate with the VP of Finance and Fund Administrator the preparation of year-end financials and audit reports with the firm's outside auditor, pursuant to SEC compliance

Coordinate with Portfolio Company CFO’s and the firm’s outside tax preparer the Limited Partner and General Partner level tax returns

Preparation and/or review of management fee and waterfall calculation

Preparation and/or review of internal rate of return and multiple of capital

Coordinate the preparation of Capital Calls and Distributions for Limited Partners, for both investments and quarterly management fees

Ad-hoc requests as needed

Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial reporting

Required

Experience in private equity fund accounting

Experience in reading and understanding terms within legal documents

Must have strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to interact with people on all levels within the organization
