Responsibilities

Assisting policyholders in all 50 states after their vehicles have been claimed as total losses

Taking initial loss reports, completing necessary paperwork and issuing payments

Required

Outstanding customer service skills and/or experience

Demonstrated timely, consistent job attendance history

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
