Responsibilities
Ship responsive AI UX: streaming suggestions, autocomplete, inline assistants, notifications, and guided workflows
Integrate with LLM endpoints and tools. Gracefully handle retries, timeouts, and fallbacks
Design and consume REST/gRPC APIs; add or modify backend services to support AI features (session state, prompts, permissions, audit)
Implement telemetry and product feedback loops for UX iteration as well as model improvement
Collaborate across designers, platform, and stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and ship high ROI features
Deploy and operate services on AWS/Kubernetes; participate in code reviews and CI/CD improvements
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of software engineering experience building data-heavy production web apps
Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript, including state management and data grids
Built streaming, low-latency experiences over WebSockets or like technologies
Proficiency in either enterprise Java or Python
Familiarity with LLMs, both for building client-facing features and for powering development
Preferred
Delivered user-facing features powered by LLMs
Experience in financial services, especially real-time trading systems
