Responsibilities

Drive the analysis, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions powered by LLMs and autonomous agents
Act as a bridge between business leadership, product teams, and AI engineering
Own end-to-end system analysis for AI initiatives while mentoring analysts and shaping AI solution standards across the organization

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience in System Analysis, Business Analysis, or Solution Design roles
3+ years of experience delivering GenAI, LLM-based, or agent-driven AI solutions
Prior experience leading analysis or design efforts for complex, enterprise-scale systems
Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI architectures
Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt strategies
Familiarity with agent frameworks, orchestration patterns, and tool integration
Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Ability to review and guide Python-based AI workflows and system designs
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor analysts
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business insights

Preferred

Experience defining enterprise AI standards, governance models, or Centers of Excellence
Exposure to MLOps / LLMOps and AI observability tools
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations for AI systems
Experience with large-scale digital transformation or AI modernization programs
