Responsibilities
Manage the preparation and execution of closing documents to ensure the smooth and efficient closing of home sales
Coordinating with escrow agents, title companies, and internal teams
Managing closing timelines
Verifying contracts
Addressing any issues that may arise during the closing process
Providing exceptional customer service to ensure buyer satisfaction throughout the closing process
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge and experience in Escrow processes and Closings
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Familiarity with Title Insurance procedures and related documentation
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency with technology and software used in real estate transactions
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus
Preferred
Previous experience in real estate, title, or escrow is preferred
