Responsibilities

Build a customer-focused relationship with middle to high tier clients to identify business challenges and arrive at the best solution
Business Process Analysis. Understand customer business strategies and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within the Customer & Industry Workflow
Solution Design: Design and architect solutions on the ServiceNow platform that leverage CIWF capabilities to meet client requirements
Configuration & Implementation: Configure ServiceNow modules, such as Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM), to align with business objectives
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders at various levels to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure successful adoption of the ServiceNow platform
Technical Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and CIWF applications, understanding how people, processes, and technology interact to deliver value

Required

Demonstrated experience communicating complex ideas with stakeholders and building collaborative relationships with team members, customers, and other stakeholders
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with ServiceNow platform technologies
Minimum 5 years experience in process definition, improvement, and re-engineering
Minimum 5 years experience developing requirements documentation, project artifacts and process documents
Extensive experience in process management competencies
Demonstrated ability in providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders to solve business process and/or technical problems by focusing on options that identify the pros and cons of those options and the risks and impacts of each option

Preferred

Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, with the ability to work with a solution architect to translate business requirements into platform stories
ITIL v3 or v4 Certification
Business Process Management (BPC) training/certification
