Responsibilities
Oversee sales and channel operations within the assigned territory, including representatives, distributors, and key strategic partners
Develop and execute territory growth plans, aligning customer goals with company capabilities
Build and maintain forecast models to achieve revenue objectives
Deliver technical product training and pre‑sales support to key accounts
Collaborate with internal teams on product development, order management, and quality initiatives
Uphold professional, ethical, and compliant sales practices while representing our client
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in electronics or avionics
3-5 years of experience in technical sales, application support, or engineering management
Strong communication, presentation, and CRM proficiency
Self‑starter capable of managing remote operations with minimal supervision
Preferred
Knowledge of aerospace or commercial electronics markets preferred
Familiarity with MIL‑STD‑1553, ARINC, or avionics communication protocols
