Qualification
Required
Expertise in Claims Handling and Claims Management processes, including investigation, evaluation, and resolution of claims
Comprehensive knowledge in Insurance regulations and policies related to workers' compensation
Proficiency in handling Customer Service interactions, maintaining professional and proactive communication with members and claimants
Proven organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
Proficient in relevant claims management software and the ability to adapt to new technology
Preferred
Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in workers' compensation and public entity coverage
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
