Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership to maintenance and operations teams
Troubleshoot equipment and control system issues
Improve equipment reliability and safety through control modifications
Apply OSHA safety requirements and review new equipment controls
Lead process improvement and cost‑saving initiatives
Develop control specifications and support new equipment installation/startup
Standardize control hardware/software and maintain required networks/tools
Program and maintain Allen‑Bradley PLCs and integrate production I/O and drive systems
Create electrical drawings for projects and equipment changes

Qualification

Controls engineering experienceAllen-Bradley PLCsRockwell Automation softwareManufacturing experienceTroubleshootingProcess improvementElectrical drawingsSafety complianceTechnical leadership

Required

BSEE or equivalent preferred
Minimum 5 years of controls engineering experience
Manufacturing experience required

Preferred

Experience with equipment builders/integrators, Rockwell Automation software, and Fanuc Robotics
