Responsibilities
This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of system access and the related logon assignments associated with the Online Registration and Identity Network (ORION) and Florida Real-Time Vehicle Information System (FRVIS)
This position reports to the Operations Services Manager (SES) within the Bureau of Motorist Services Support, Compliance and Audit Unit
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of the principles and techniques of effective communication
Knowledge of methods used for organizing and presenting data
Skill in collecting, recording data relating to system login procedures
Skill in utilizing problem solving techniques
Skill in preparing reports
Ability to make decisions in a timely manner
Ability to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
Skill in providing customer service
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
Skill in working with personal computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Skill in maintaining and organizing files
Skill in composing and drafting correspondence
Knowledge of Motor Vehicle and Driver License laws and procedures
Knowledge of Online Registration and Identity Operating Network (ORION) and Florida Real-Time Vehicle Information System (FRVIS)
Skill in handling multiple tasks
Preferred
Experience using ORION and/ or FRVIS
