Responsibilities

Help deliver a great experience for TradePoint members by engaging, listening & selling the right products & services

Deal with all kinds of trade members every day

Take ownership of TradePoint members & get to know them & their business through great conversations

Recommend the right products and services for TradePoint members

Build relationships with customers & identify new business opportunities

Help trade members get great value through promotions and signing up for the trade loyalty scheme

Continuously develop your skills through training and learning from others

Work as part of a team and be flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
