Responsibilities
Develop, program, maintain and improve test solutions
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications
Analyze test processes to ensure process capabilities and throughput
Conduct functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing
Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and functionality
Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
Strong participation in cross functional teams supporting manufacturing and developing new test processes for new production introductions
Assist with day-to-day operational aspects of product functional and system test support
Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
Qualification
Required
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance with solid engineering experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in testing tools and bug tracking systems
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident
