Build and preserve new deposit and loan customer relationships
Strengthen existing deposit and loan customer relationships
Coordinate and facilitate business development events
Provide exceptional customer experience and rapport
Create and execute business development strategies
Represent and promote Farmers State Bank in our market communities
Work with sales and marketing teams to improve and enhance exposure
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
Customer Service/Sales/Marketing: 3 years
Must possess a satisfactory credit rating
Be able to pass a background check
Preferred
Banking/Finance, Sales, Customer Relationship Management
Any post secondary education along with prior management experience
Leadership/Management: 1 year
