Responsibilities
Coordinate daily stand-ups and sync meetings with developers, testers, and program managers to review progress and identify blockers
Define and track quality metrics for product releases and align them with customer and partner expectations
Write, execute, and maintain automated tests across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels
Install and validate product builds in test environments and troubleshoot tooling or environment issues
Build and refine shared dashboards that visualize test results, quality metrics, and project status for engineering and leadership audiences
Investigate test failures, validate testing tools, and ensure test automation frameworks collect accurate and meaningful results
Report on project status and ensure delivery timelines remain on track
Coordinate with offshore developers and internal engineers to drive project execution and validation efforts
Document findings, update test plans, and refine quality metrics based on emerging insights
Align development workflows with real-world usage scenarios and stakeholder priorities
Integrate metrics such as code coverage, defect rates, and performance benchmarks into reporting frameworks
Proactively validate work and technical details rather than relying solely on status reports from others
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of program management or operations management experience in engineering environments
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience writing and maintaining automated tests
Minimum 2 years of experience with software quality metrics and dashboard creation
Minimum 2 years of experience configuring and validating test environments
Automated testing proficiency across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing levels
Quality metrics definition and tracking
Dashboard design and data visualization
Test environment setup, configuration, and validation
Build installation and validation
Troubleshooting and issue investigation
Cross-functional team coordination
Technical documentation
Status reporting and communication
Hands-on validation and verification
Preferred
5 to 7 years of overall program management experience in technical settings
Experience working with distributed or offshore development teams
Background in infrastructure tools or enterprise software environments
Experience with AI-assisted development tools
Understanding of systems, operating systems, storage, or network environments
