Responsibilities

Quadient Inspire Development: Design, develop, and maintain customer communications using Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and Scalar platforms to create statements, notices, and letters with dynamic business content

Agile Collaboration: Participate in Scrum ceremonies and agile development processes, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality communication solutions on schedule

Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with team members and business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating business needs into technical communication solutions

Problem-Solving & Innovation: Apply excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, optimize communication workflows, and continuously improve processes

Continuous Learning: Demonstrate self-initiative in learning new technologies, tools, and best practices to stay current with evolving customer communication management capabilities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in related fields

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with a customer communications management (CCM) platform; experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and Scalar strongly preferred

Proficiency in creating customer communications tools for statements, notices, or letters with dynamic business content

Strong understanding of agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities

Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business requirements

Self-motivated with ability to learn independently and tackle new challenges

Must be able to work onsite 2-3 days per week at Brooklyn, OH location
