Responsibilities

Own the strategic direction for HubSpot transformation and RevOps projects
Build deep, trusted relationships with stakeholders from end users to C‑suite, with a strong emphasis on retention and measurable outcomes
Tie work to SMART goals, revenue targets, and operational KPIs
Provide informed direction on how HubSpot should be architected and used, partnering with specialists for execution as needed
Lead discovery sessions, audits, and stakeholder interviews to diagnose client challenges and opportunities across the full customer lifecycle
Design clear, actionable strategies that translate business goals into prioritized roadmaps and implementation plans, ensuring scopes align with outcomes and data needs
Guide clients through transformational change: refine workflows, maintain system health at a high level, and leverage data insights to improve pipeline efficiency, revenue, and retention
Establish and maintain an ongoing cadence of communication, including onboarding, enablement, status calls, “GSD” working sessions, QBRs, and roadmap workshops
Communicate clearly through briefs, flowcharts, and documentation so clients and internal teams always know what’s happening and why
Monitor and manage progress in ClickUp and proactively surface risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations
Partner with specialists to architect and oversee configuration of Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations, and CMS Hubs, including reporting frameworks and governance models
Review and approve all work product prior to client delivery, confirming it is error-free, on brand, aligned to agreed strategy and KPIs, and supported by clear documentation and rationale
Uncover and nurture opportunities to genuinely support client growth and profitability

Required

Has worked in a similar role at a HubSpot Solutions Partner agency
Deep experience in leading multiple concurrent client engagements and directly managing client relationships
Proven experience with strategic ownership of end-to-end RevOps/GTM projects from discovery through delivery
Track record of success with in HubSpot-specific implementation, consulting, or revenue operations roles, balancing strategic and tactical needs, and maintaining high satisfaction and retention
Demonstrated ability to work 100% remotely and collaborate virtually; disciplined with time management and follow-through
Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with HubSpot across all Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations, CMS)
Proven experience designing CRM architecture, automation, data flows, and integration models
Experience with data governance, quality assessment, and reporting framework design
Working knowledge of API integrations and HubSpot best practices
Proficiency with project management tools, reporting platforms, and visualization software
Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts and data into simple, business-focused narratives for senior stakeholders
