Draft and negotiate commercial contracts on a wide array of subjects
Handle corporate asset/merger transactions, governance, formation, and dissolution
Deal with data privacy policies, terms of service, and intellectual property commercial matters
Manage commercial real estate sales, purchases, financing, and leases
Qualification
Required
J.D. and admission to the NY Bar
4+ years of corporate/transactional experience with direct client management
Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills with a 'self-starter' mindset
Preferred
Admission to the New Jersey Bar (or willingness to waive in with firm financial support)
Big Law background
Existing book of business
Experience in commercial litigation
