Responsibilities
Manage quarterly/monthly topline forecasts by evaluating sales pipeline and key opportunities
Support month-end and quarter-end FP&A close processes
Provide weekly insights to finance and sales leadership on quarter performance vs. top line forecasts and targets
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to inform and influence key decision-makers in Finance, Sales, and Field Operations
Coordinate effectively with cross-functional partners, including Corporate and other FP&A teams, Data Science, Sales Strategy, Field Operations, and Sales Leaders
Develop and maintain a long range sales capacity model
Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency across sales finance processes
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated strong expertise in financial analysis and modeling
Strong business acumen and analytical thinking with the ability to work with data, translate financial data into actionable insights for senior management
Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance and/or sales operations
Work effectively across cross functional teams on a day to day basis
Effective communication and presentation skills to be able to influence multiple stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Preferred
Proficiency in SQL
Prior experience supporting or working in a Sales organization
Experience with cloud-based or Software as a Service (SaaS) companies
